So, The Sopranos are done and finished, Galactica still a few months away, Star Trek … lets not mention it … so I needed a new series, and I’ve found it. I started watching The Shield. In case you don’t know it, it’s a cop show. No, not another CSI. It’s … bad-ass. Have you seen Training Day? Like that. I enjoy it quite a lot, and the good thing about it being a few years old, there are several seasons already out there, waiting to be watched

I also watched Next last week, one of the better pieces with Nicolas Cage in recent years. It’s a rock solid “likeable hero” movie. If you don’t have anything else lying around, you won’t regret watching it.

I ride my bike to the office again, I really need to work on my fitness. It’s lacking. The 20 minutes every morning and evening allow me to re-establish an old tradition: Listening to my daily podcasts. I can’t follow anything but music during work hours (too distracting, I work with my head), and I hardly find the time to listen to podcasts during the rest of the day, or the week…
